Michael Irmen
Mike Irmen founded Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd. in 1999, establishing a company that has grown into one of the largest and most respected trench less contractors in Western Canada. With over 30 years of experience as a civil contractor, Mike has successfully led the completion of major infrastructure projects across Canada and into the United States.

A seasoned businessman, Mike has been involved in multiple industries throughout his career and has contributed his expertise to the public company sector for many years. His reputation is built on a disciplined, organized approach to project delivery, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and cost control qualities that have consistently delivered value to clients and shareholders alike.

Beyond business, Mike is known for building Ironman with a family-first culture. Many of the company’s successes stem from his ability to foster loyalty, ingenuity, and teamwork among staff working in some of the most challenging and remote environments. Under his leadership, Ironman has grown not only in scale and capability, but also in reputation as a trusted partner across industries.
CFO
Linda Han
Linda Han has over twenty years of experience in accounting, financial management and auditing. She held several senior positions with increasing financial and operational responsibilities across different industry sectors, including manufacturing, mining and biotech. Prior to Lite Access, she served as corporate controller of a TSXV listed medical device company for seven years. Working closely with senior leadership, she assisted in planning and executing strategic initiatives, including process improvement, supply chain management, financing activities, M&A due diligence and integration after acquisition.​
Linda is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA, CGA) of British Columbia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Economics in Finance and Accounting from Renmin University of China and a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University.

Robert Scott
Bob Scott joined Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd. in 2010 as a part owner and has been instrumental in the continued growth and development of the business. With more than 15 years of hands-on experience working alongside crews, Bob brings a deep understanding of field operations and the practical realities of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Before joining Ironman, Bob built a strong foundation in both sales and manufacturing. He worked in sales at Brandt Tractor, where he developed key client relationships and strengthened his business acumen in the heavy equipment industry. He also served as a Manufacturing Supervisor with Riverside/Tolko Industries, overseeing production operations and workforce management in a fast-paced environment.

This diverse background allows Bob to approach challenges with a unique perspective, identifying practical solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen safety, and enhance overall project outcomes. His ability to bridge management and field operations has been a key factor in Ironman’s reputation for safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. As Chief Operating Officer, he continues to drive innovation and performance across all areas of the company.

Michael Irmen
Mike Irmen is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, and corporate leadership. He founded Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd. in 1999 and expanded it into one of Western Canada’s largest trenchless contractors, with projects completed across Canada and the United States. In addition to Ironman, Mr. Irmen has owned and operated multiple companies in diverse industries, providing him with a broad background in business operations, financial management, and strategic growth. He has also been actively engaged in the public company sector for many years, contributing expertise in governance, capital markets, and shareholder value creation

Robert Scott
Bob Scott joined Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd. in 2015 as a part owner and has more than a decade of experience in the drilling and utilities industry. As Chief Operating Officer, he has been instrumental in scaling operations and strengthening the company’s market presence. His broad industry background and operational leadership provide the board with practical insight into efficiency, growth, and long-term value creation.

David Toyoda
David Toyoda is the founder of Pacific Star Corporate Finance Law. He practices in corporate and securities law, advising technology, biotechnology and mining companies listed, or preparing to list on Canadian exchanges. Mr. Toyoda represents clients in international securities transactions, including cross-border financing. He has also assisted in establishing US markets for Canadian public companies. Mr. Toyoda graduated from UBC with a LL.B degree & a B.Com degree with honours and was called to the bar in 1993. He is a frequent presenter and lecturer on corporate and securities law topics at conferences and universities, including the TSX Venture Exchange and Simon Fraser University.
Mark Tommasi
Mark Tommasi, a former investment advisor, has served as a senior officer, director and financier of numerous public and private companies in both the United States and Canada. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate development, equity, private equity and venture capital financing including IPOs, RTOs, private placements, marketing, board and committee activities and investor relations.

Jason Earl
Jason Earl brings decades of experience in the construction and utility industries, complemented by valuable public market expertise. He has successfully led teams through complex infrastructure projects, combining operational knowledge with corporate insight. His experience strengthens the company’s focus on governance, growth, and shareholder value. Excited for the new challenges ahead, Jason looks forward to contributing to the company’s continued success.

Calvin Irmen
Calvin Irmen brings years of experience in onsite operations and client relationships, developed through extensive work in the construction and utility industries. His practical expertise and leadership have contributed to the successful delivery of complex projects and the building of long-term partnerships. Excited to bring his private company experience over to the public market, Calvin adds valuable perspective to the board’s focus on governance, growth, and shareholder value. His knowledge of operations and commitment to client success make him a strong contributor to the company’s continued momentum.
